Dr. Lunday entered the United States Airforce as a Civilian as an Organizational Health and Development Officer in the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL). Prior to her Air Force service, she led and served as an Army Officer; a Volunteer Program Manager for Army Family Team Building; a Core Trainer for Army Community Service and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense; the Chair for Character Development at USMA; Research Consultant – Military Culture, Character, and Leadership; Vice-President of Training, International Non-Profit; and an Organizational Development Consultant.
Dr. Lunday adjuncts for the Air Force Institute of Technology within their Operational Sciences and Logistics Management Degree and Wright State University within the School of Leadership and continues to support doctoral students as they navigate through their educational journey. Research interests include the formation of organizational identity, values, and virtues; the development of communities within organizations; and positive leadership development.
