Dr. Johnstone is an operations management expert with 22 years of experience and proven results across multiple areas and at all levels of supply chain and logistics. He spent the last nine years of his Air Force career in executive-level positions, including commanding three different supply chain organizations. His professional leadership experience is complemented by a deep understanding and successful implementation of advanced analytics, constraints-based management, and leveraging IT to optimize operational performance across one of the largest and most complex supply chains in the world.
