2017                  Chief, Strategy Team, Air Mobility Division, CAOC Al Udeid, Qatar, Lead 2 member team tracking and reporting on AMDs efficiency and effectiveness.  Developed and monitored all scheduled channel flight paths.  Drove comparative airfield risk analysis.

2016 – 2017      Chief Scientist, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Detachment 4, Peterson AFB, CO, Chief Scientist for 80+ member detachment.  Drove Detachment wide manning vs operations tempo comparative analysis, contracting hiring, and COR duties.  Developed, implemented and lead peer review coordination process for all analytical test documentation.

2011                  Geospatial Analyst, Combined Joint Task Force Paladin, Kandahar, Afghanistan, Analyzed Improvised Explosive Device (IED) trends across all of Regional Command South in Afghanistan, including device lethality, location, type, and explosive quantity.  These analyses were briefed to the task force commander, the JIEDDO commander, and were used to determine routes, combatant tactics, and placement of enduring detection technologies.

2009 – 2012      Chief, Enlisted Personnel Analysis Team, Headquarters AF A1PF, DC, Oversaw all Air Force Enlisted Force Shaping and Force Management analyses, including setting accessions by specialty code, determining Selective Reenlistment Bonuses, setting/tracking retention goals, setting high year tenure limits, early retirement guidelines, etc.

2006 – 2009      Ph.D Student, Industrial Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, Competitively selected for rigorous 36 month Civilian Institutions Faculty Pipeline position at Georgia Institute of Technology. Completed Ph.D in Operations research, Optimization Track with dissertation “Applications of accuracy certificates for problems with convex structure”.

2002 – 2006      Operations Research Analyst, DLA Office of Operations Research & Resource Analysis, Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA, Lead three member team, reduced shipping times, and increased reliability, track-ability, and predictability of CONUS-OCONUS shipments to the war fighter in support of OIF.

1999 – 2002      Range Automation Sustainment Program Manager, Space and Missile Systems Center Detachment 11, Peterson AFB, CO, Led Space Lift Range modernization programs including the Range Standardization and Automation Phase I contract, & replacement of a Command Destruct tower at Vandenberg AFB.
