Dr. Richard F. Deckro is a Distinguished Professor of Operations Research, Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) Chair of Applied Operations Research & Director of the Future Operations Investigation Laboratory (FOIL) in the Department of Operational Sciences at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Dr. Deckro is a Fellow of the Military Operations Research Society and is currently a USA Panel Member to the NATO Science and Technology Organization System Analysis and Studies Panel.
