This workshop prepares students to improve their working knowledge of services program management roles, responsibilities, and concepts and apply it into their daily work. The education will allow assigned services acquisition personnel to perform their duties and responsibilities more effectively and efficiently. This will likely result in better services acquisition performance outcomes – i.e. mission effectiveness and success while ensuring cost, schedule and performance is achieved.
