Consulting is a traditional faculty function and an essential pillar to the School of Systems and Logistics mission. Through consultation, our knowledgeable faculty is able to use their specific expertise and skills to assist our customers in solving difficult and complex problems.
We are here to serve you and have many teaming arrangement options that support your organization or process improvements. This includes consultations in areas of management and technical expertise, and small group or team facilitation. LS has a long and proven history of providing premier consulting services to acquisition and sustainment program offices, depot maintenance organizations, other DoD and federal agencies, and allied nations.
We also offer the option to design custom courses or workshops to suit your organizational needs.
The Navy's Command Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) requested support from AFIT/LS to improve aircraft repair schedules and reduce depot maintenance delays at the Navy's aircraft depots, called Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs). Educating FRC personnel on Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) allowed crews to apply critical CCPM concepts to internal processes and make necessary improvements.
