Description:
Provides Air Force officers and civilians a deeper foundation in everyday project management skills. More advanced project management topics are addressed using a combination of in-class lectures and discussions, project management readings and case studies, and individual/group exercises. Topics include: business case analysis, stakeholder management, communications management, time management, project planning, project execution and status reporting, project recovery, and transferring project management responsibility.
