SYS 106 OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN A MULTIGENERATIONAL WORKPLACE is designed to enhance your individual understanding of each unique generation in the Department of the Air Force.
Both the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force use a mix of youth and experience to accomplish the mission.
The mix may change overtime but the need to understand each generation is a constant.
SYS 106 includes an in?depth explanation of the generations including how each prefer to communicate their views on work?life balance
and expectations for engagement and development.
