I actually like getting together and hearing from our senior leaders and what they're looking at and what they see coming down the pipeline for us and how we can look at how to better execute our projects and portfolios in the future. That's why I come to the CE Summit because no matter how much expertise I get in the base level or at staff or what have you, like the amount of talent that comes to the CE Summit, it just fills my brain with all the other things I thought I knew and I didn't. You get a chance to link up with people that you have known, right? Kind of what they're going and what things there, but also new people you have met, which is still surprising. I've been in for 13 years now, still meeting 10-15 new people every day. Seems like and any more networking than this, we are dealing with a lot of change in the Air Force and so the information that they bring from the higher headquarters level, staff level gives us insight into how we can better prepare. And so overall, the programmers is great and it's very relevant.
