ANT Center

About the Center

The Autonomy and Navigation Technology (ANT) Center was established in August 2005 as one of the graduate school research centers at AFIT. Comprised of a strong faculty, the expertise of ANT professors spans four academic departments. Twenty-three AFIT professors, six adjunct researchers, and eight technical and administrative staff members are working hard to develop navigation technologies that will ensure precision navigation for all environments. The ANT Center consistently supports the research of more than 40 students from year to year with a wide range of projects that continue to push the envelope in navigation technologies. Ultimately, these students are the lifeblood of the ANT Center and the driving force in its goal to achieve precision navigation anywhere, anytime, using anything.
