So at the ANT Center, we’ve been working for a long time on navigation technology. In the military particularly we’ve recognized the need to be able to navigate well. And so the mural really represents going all the way from ancient to modern, kind of all the different ways that have been developed in terms of navigation to show that what we’re doing here today has a connection with what’s happened in the past. I hope that it is an interesting timeline of the history of navigation. I hope that this is an interesting piece to look at when people are walking down the hall, and that it brings a little lightness to the place. This helps point out that we at AFIT are making an impact on the future of navigation.
