OVERVIEW  

The development of a test dashboard enabled metric definition & trend analysis for process improvements, while simultaneously enabling more rapid test status within Det 3. Utilization of this tool across all 12 test detachments is anticipated to save >48 FTEs annually, a number which will grow when applied at the wing level.
