This course provides fundamental principles and regulatory requirements of hazardous waste management. Methods and techniques of hazardous waste identification, characterization, accumulation, treatment, storage, and disposal are emphasized. An overview of the Enterprise Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health-Management Information System (EESOH-MIS) Hazardous Waste Module is also provided.
