OBJECTIVE:  To introduce and provide an in-depth review of the skills, techniques, and overall responsibilities to effectively manage the Housing Referral and Relocation Management program at the installation level.

DESCRIPTION:  The course is designed to provide Air Force Civilian Housing Management Assistants and Housing Management Specialist with the knowledge, skills, and techniques required to effectively manage the Housing Referral and Relocation Management program at an installation. Instruction focuses on overall principles of the housing referral process and skills required for providing support services (not a privatization course).

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  Air Force civilian or local national personnel assigned to (or selected for) the position of Housing Management Assistant or Housing Specialist.

SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  Air Force civilian or local national personnel that supervises or has program management of Housing Referral and Relocation and operate as a Supervisory Housing Manager or Assistant Housing Manager, Housing Manager, Housing Management Specialist (CE MAJCOM Supervisor Level 5), Privatized Housing Resident Advocates.
