COURSE: WMGT 322 Introduction to Project Management Course

OBJECTIVE:  For each student to be introduced to the principles and terminology of Air Force construction project management.
DESCRIPTION:  This course introduces the principles and terminology of Air Force Project Management. Students will be introduced to the phases of Air Force project management: planning & programming, design & contracting, construction, and closeout. Concepts introduced throughout this course include time management, cost management, and quality management of Air Force construction projects.

CEUs: 0.5
PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  Base-level personnel responsible for managing Air Force construction projects.
SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  Engineering flight personnel, Civil Engineer flight chiefs, Contracting personnel, and Civil Engineer Operations flight personnel responsible for managing Facility Projects.
