Course Description

COURSE:  WMGT 436 Requirements & Optimization

OBJECTIVE:  The objective of this course is for each student to comprehend the roles and responsibilities of the Requirements & Optimization (CEOER) and the Sub-Activity Managers.

DESCRIPTION:  This course focuses on how the Requirements & Optimization (R&O) Section within the Operations Engineering (CEOE) Element: 1) Identifies, optimizes and manages infrastructure requirements, 2) Optimizes the Operations Flight workforce, and 3) Manages various sub-activities across the installation. The course also includes best practices and perspectives from across the Air Force.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  R&O personnel, Sub-Activity Managers

SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  CEO leadership, CEO Superintendents, Shop Foremen, CEN personnel, Activity Managers, CE CGOs

GRADE:   CE Officers, Enlisted and civilian personnel

PREREQUISITES:  WMGT 301 – Introduction to Asset Management

DELIVERY METHOD:  Live Streaming Broadcast 0800 - 1600 EASTERN; NO Satellite Registrations via education office.
