COURSE: WMGT 410 Readiness and Emergency Management Flight Leadership
OBJECTIVE:
Each student is prepared to lead a Readiness and Emergency Management Flight within a Civil Engineer Squadron.
DESCRIPTION:
In this course, students apply leadership principles to flight-level supervision and management. Topics include installation emergency management, CBRN programs, and squadron readiness. Students will apply concepts within discussions, case studies, and practicums.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:
CEX flight commanders, flight chiefs, and flight superintendents (officers, enlisted, and civilians); either incumbent or selected for a specific position.
SECONDARY AUDIENCE:
Deputy flight leaders and personnel vectored for future flight leadership positions
