Course Catalog: Course Description

COURSE: WMGT 433 EOD Flight Leadership

OBJECTIVE:  Each student is prepared to lead an Explosive Ordnance Flight within a Civil Engineer Squadron.
DESCRIPTION:  In this course, students apply leadership principles to flight-level supervision and management. Topics include EOD operations, logistics, readiness, and mission partnerships. Students will apply concepts within discussions, case studies, and practicums.

CEUs: 3.0
PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  CED flight commanders, flight chiefs, and flight superintendents (officers, enlisted, and civilians); either incumbent or selected for a specific position
SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  Deputy flight leaders and personnel vectored for future flight leadership positions
PREREQUISITES: None
