COURSE: WMGT 436 Requirements and Optimization

OBJECTIVE:  For each student to apply the roles and responsibilities of the CEOE Requirements & Optimization section and sub activity managers for effective and efficient mission support.
DESCRIPTION:  This course focuses on how the Requirements & Optimization (R&O) Section within the Operations Engineering (CEOE) Element: 1) Identifies, optimizes and manages infrastructure requirements; 2) Optimizes the Operations Flight workforce; and 3) Manages various sub-activities across the installation. The course also includes best practices and perspectives from across the Air Force.

CEUs: 2.5
PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  CEOE personnel, Operations or Engineering Flight Sub-Activity Managers.
SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  CEO leadership, CEO Superintendents, Element Leadership or Shop Foremen, CEN personnel, Activity Manager, CE CGOs
