New Course Catalog Course Description

COURSE: WMSS 700 Senior Leadership for Civil Engineer Officers

OBJECTIVE: Each student is prepared to serve as a senior civil engineer officer.

DESCRIPTION: In this course, students apply executive leadership principles to the responsibilities of senior civil engineer officers. Topics include Air Force and civil engineer enterprise governance, executive leadership, strategic communication, and senior mentorship. Students will apply concepts within discussions and case studies.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE: Active duty 32E colonel-selects and 32E colonels with less than two years of time-in-grade

SECONDARY AUDIENCE: N/A

PREREQUISITES: None
