The objective of this course is for each student to comprehend the roles and responsibilities of the CEOE Requirements & Optimization section and sub activity managers for effective and efficient mission support.
This course focuses on how the Requirements & Optimization (R&O) Section within the Operations Engineering (CEOE) Element: 1) Identifies, optimizes and manages infrastructure requirements, 2) Optimizes the Operations Flight workforce, and 3) Manages various sub-activities across the installation. The course also includes best practices and perspectives from across the Air Force.
