OBJECTIVE:  For each student to access quality preparatory material to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam. Students who take this preparatory seminar should intend to take the PMP® exam within 1 year of completing their study material.

DESCRIPTION:  Students will gain access to reputable, third-party preparatory material for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam. After applying, students will be provided access to the prep materials. Upon activation, students have 1-year of access. Funding for this seminar is based in the current Fiscal Year, so students need to ensure they activate their access code before 30 September of the FY that they apply. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Members can only take WMSS 500, Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparatory Seminar OR WMSS 501, Principles and Practices of Engineering (PE) Exam Preparatory Seminar once during their career. Must be an Active-Duty, 32E Civil Engineer Officer or an AFRC 32E Civil Engineer on Title 10 Orders.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  Active-Duty Civil Engineer Officers (32E) Officers O-1 through O-6 and Air Force Reserve Command Civil Engineers (32E) on Title 10 Orders.

SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  N/A

PREREQUISITES: None required to take this seminar, but the student must meet the Project Management Institute® project management experience required to take the exam (5 years of project management experience).
