COURSE: WTSS 200 Estimating with PACES 1.4

OBJECTIVE: For each student to comprehend the principles that are needed to complete a reliable Parametric Class 3 Cost Estimate using PACES 1.4.

DESCRIPTION: This course reviews rules and requirements for a Parametric Class 3 estimate and builds on the 3 step estimating process from WENG 400 and reviews the Scope Analysis step from WENG 402.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE: Graduates of WENG 400 who are reviewing, planning, programming, or negotiating construction projects within the Air Force and need to understand how PACES can assist in creating a Class 3 estimate.
