The Registrar’s Office maintains official AFIT transcripts for the Graduate School of Engineering and Management programs. Grades and transcript data are permanent records, considered confidential, and are not released without written permission of the student. Official transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar and the seal of the institution. There is no charge to obtain official transcripts.
To obtain your transcript, or have it sent to an institution, please complete the AFIT EN Transcript Request form (click below). The form must be completed in full.
Email or Mail Option: Forms can be emailed to afit.en.registrar@us.af.mil or mailed to AFIT Office of the Registrar, 2950 Hobson Way, Bldg 641, Rm 102, WPAFB, OH 45433
Note: If you attended a civilian institution through AFIT CI, please contact the civilian institution you attended for copies of your transcripts.
