New Course Catalog Course Description

COURSE: WMGT 531 Installation Management Flight Leadership

OBJECTIVE:  Each student is prepared to lead an Installation Management Flight within a Civil Engineer Squadron.
DESCRIPTION:  In this course, students apply leadership principles to flight-level supervision and management. Topics include asset accountability, housing, and environmental programs. Students will apply concepts within discussions, case studies, and practicums.

CEUs: 3.0
PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  CEI flight commanders, flight chiefs, and flight superintendents (officers, enlisted, and civilians); either incumbent or selected for a specific position
SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  Deputy flight leaders and personnel vectored for future flight leadership positions
PREREQUISITES: None
