COURSE: WENG 557 Contingency Airfield Pavement Evaluation

OBJECTIVE:  For each student to apply the fundamental concepts required to evaluate airfield pavement, show ability to perform reliable data collection in austere or remote locations, and author report to provide reasonable and complete operational recommendations.
DESCRIPTION:  The Contingency Airfield Pavement Evaluation (CAPE) course is intended to train personnel to perform expedient airfield pavement evaluations to assess an airfield's baseline condition and capability to support contingency operations.
