Nuclear 100 is a one-day, in-residence and mobile education team-delivered course facilitated through classroom lecture and discussion providing lower-level experienced Nuclear Mission Professionals with a survey of concepts and insights about the Nuclear Enterprise, its mission, and the importance of Air Force nuclear operations and its role in providing U.S. strategic deterrence of adversaries and assurance to allies and partners. This course contains SECRET material and discussion. The course can be tailored in terms of time and topics depending on the requester's needs or desires.

Upon Completion of the course, students will:

  1. Achieve an introductory level of proficiency and basic understanding of nuclear weapons management issues, the Department of Defense/Air Force nuclear surety program, Air Force nuclear operations, nuclear security concepts, nuclear safety, and surety.
  2. Recognize basic concepts related to nuclear weapons, stockpile management, nuclear surety, and nuclear operations for deterrence.
