This course is required for all civilian and military Science and Technology Managers in AFRL. It is designed to give students the tools they need to plan and execute S&T programs. The course presents tailored information on the S&T program lifecycle, each functional management area, and technology transition. The course content is based on the latest policy, guidance, and best practices. JUSTIFICATON: AFRL has determined that their S&T workforce needs fundamental insights and a working knowledge of S&T program management as it currently exists in the laboratory acquisition process.
