LDR 106 - Understanding Generations (formerly SYS 106 Opportunities within a Multi-Generational Workplace)

This innovative on-site course takes a deep dive into the social and cultural journey required to understand each generation in the DAF. You will explore key concepts including generation perceptions and expectations in the areas of Communication, Engagement, Work-life Flexibility, Development, and Leadership. At the end of this course, each student will appreciate the generational differences by understanding generational influences, perceptions, and expectations. They will learn how each generation impacts the changing workplace, and how to influence behavior in a positive manner. Every member of DAF can gain from this experience.
