SYS 106 OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN A MULTIGENERATIONAL WORKPLACE is designed to enhance your individual understanding of each unique generation in the Department of the Air Force. Both the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force use a mix of youth and experience to accomplish the mission. The mix may change overtime but the need to understand each generation is a constant. SYS 106 includes an in?depth explanation of the generations including how each prefer to communicate their views on work?life balance and expectations for engagement and development. If you want to know how to engage, communicate and lead our generations , then this course is for you.
