BCA in a Services Environment - Overview is the first in a series of four Business Case Analysis in a Services Environment workshops that will highlight information that includes: an introduction business case analysis (BCA) including fundamental knowledge of the who, what, when, and why for a BCA along with application to the area of services acquisition.
