URGENT NOTICE: SAP & CANVAS OUTAGE
Please be aware that our primary servers are currently down due to CloudOne issues. Students are temporarily unable to access AU Student Registration System and Canvas.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide status updates as technical recovery progresses.
AFIT is no longer providing WAIR116; the AFLCMC Airworthiness Office (AWO) is. WAIR116 is now a two-part class; WAIR116 offered continuously on-line (asynchronous), and WKSP0116, a 4-hr practicum offered via AFLCMC Focus Week and either in-person or via synchronous Distance Learning via MS Teams. See the WKSP0116 course page for details about it.
To access AIR116 from the AWO, go to https://usaf.dps.mil/teams/23230/Airwor thiness/SitePages/Home.aspx. If you try to access that site from OTHER than an Air Force domain, you might have problems. If you have problems, send e-mail to USAF.Airworthiness.Office@us.af.mil for them to resolve. Assuming you access that site, scroll down and click the tile for “Training.” Then click the “AIR116” folder. Read the “read me” and proceed per those instructions. You’ll have to manually request CLPs from AcqNow if you need them.Grade Restrictions: None
