The overall goal for the course is to provide students with the tools, techniques, and best practices to successfully evaluate project / program health forecast cost, schedule, and performance to a reasonable level of confidence and make decisions and recommendations on how to proceed based on the health and forecast information.
Grade Restrictions: Project/Program Managers, military 0-3 and up and civilian GS-11 and up.

Course Length: 4 days
Event Type: Training (Functional, Technical)Primary Audience: Project/Program Managers AFSC 63XX and civilian 1101/346 job series. Students enrolling not in the primary/target audience will be allowed in the class on a space available basis after all target audience students have been enrolled.

Prerequisites: Recommended (though not required) order of PM classes: 1. IPM 350 2. IPM 301 3. WKSP0676 (IPM 320) Preference given to students who have taken IPM 350 and IPM 301.
