WKSP 6902 - Post Award Services Mgt: Transition Plan

Post Award Services Management: Transition Planning is one in a series of Post Award Services Performance Management workshops that will aid students with the understanding of the actions taken during a contract transit plan: from a new contract and managing the new incoming contractor, preparing for a follow-on contract to planning the transition of the outgoing incumbent contractor. Topics covered will focus on services contracts. Furthermore, students will be exposed to the risks and challenges associated from both the incoming and outgoing contractor.

Special Requirements: All workshops are via live streamed webinar on MS Teams and students will join to participate in the offering. Students have the option to register for one or more of the offerings. It is not required, but highly encouraged for students to register for all the topics within 690X workshops. Once a student registers for a workshop, an e-mail link will be sent on how to connect to the offering. Students will need to verify they can connect via MS Teams in advance.
