Post Award Services Management: Incentives and Award Fee Contracts is one in a series of Post Award Services Performance Management workshops that will highlight the understanding of managing incentive and award fee contracts and how changing the incentive structure can affect the contractor performance. It will connect managing performance to the annual CPAR.

Special Requirements: All workshops are via live streamed webinar on MS Teams and students will join to participate in the offering. Students have the option to register for one or more of the offerings. It is not required, but highly encouraged for students to register for all the topics within 690X workshops. Once a student registers for a workshop, an e-mail link will be sent on how to connect to the offering. Students will need to verify they can connect via MS Teams in advance.
