BCA in a Services Environment - Planning is the second in a series of four Business Case Analysis in a Services Environment workshops that will highlight information establishing the Business Case Analysis (BCA) team, team member roles and responsibilities, contents of the team charter, and preparation and conduct of the BCA kickoff meeting.

Special Requirements: This webinar will be conducted through MS Teams and students will need to verify they can connect in advance. When students register, we will email out the webinar link 24-48 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
