Description: This presentation provides an overview of DAF’s compliance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 (NAGPRA; USC §§ 3001-3013). It will primarily focus on addressing Native American human remains and NAGPRA cultural items excavated or discovered after 16 November 1990.
