OBJECTIVE:  Each student is prepared to serve as a senior civil engineer civilian.

DESCRIPTION:  In this course, students apply executive leadership principles to the responsibilities of senior civil engineer civilians. Topics include Air Force and civil engineer enterprise governance, executive leadership, strategic communication, and senior mentorship. Students will apply concepts within discussions and case studies.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  GS-15s and GS-14s civil engineers civilians as vectored by the Civilian DT

SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  None
