Transcript Request Information

The Registrar’s Office maintains official AFIT transcripts for the Graduate School of Engineering and Management programs. These permanent records are confidential and are not released without written permission by the student. If you attended a civilian institution through AFIT, please contact the civilian institution you attended for copies of your transcripts.

Official transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar and the seal of the institution.  There is no charge to obtain official transcripts.

To obtain your transcript, or have it sent to an institution, please complete the AFIT EN Transcript Request form or submit a letter with the following information:

• Name (to include maiden name or other previous names)
• Social Security number
• Date of Birth
• Dates of Attendance
• Current address and phone number
• Address(es) where you would like your transcript(s) sent

Don’t forget to include a signature authorizing release of the transcript.

Requests can be emailed to afit.en.registrar@us.af.mil, mailed to the address below, or faxed to (937) 255-2791 (DSN 785-2791).
