WKSP 0693 - Business Case Analysis for Services Acquisitions

These workshops prepare students with a fundamental knowledge of business case analysis in relation to executing a requirement owners service mission. Students acquire the ability to develop and deliver a well- supported analysis of a business problem/opportunity and recommended solutions that includes how it will be executed and/or managed i.e., funding, Lead Command, resources, etc. Topics will include but are not limited to: An Introduction to Business Case Analysis in a Services Environment: This webinar provides the student with fundamental knowledge of the who, what, when, and why for a business case analysis along with application to the area of services acquisition.
