This workshop covers user specific Program Management PM education and consultation within the following areas: PM, Systems Engineering, Earned Value, Contracting, Financial Management, Schedule Management, Cost Estimating, Industry Standards in PM, Strategy Development, Other PM areas as requested by the customer. NOTE: The length of this workshop varies on location and instruction. 0 CLPs are automated through ACQNowCL students will be given a course completion certificate to specify/justify the amount of CLPs earned during the workshop they attended.
